My father and brothers girlfriend were fighting, and she has never been mean, but she showed a whole new side of her, and because my sister hated confrontation, I stepped in so they would actually talk. My father understood that I knew he was not in the wrong, my brother's girlfriend however, continued going with me even after my father left. My one brother, who knew his girlfriend was also in the wrong, remained silent. As the pair packed up their stuff, she was out of site. He was calm though, I suppose he was just trying to appease her. I was standing by the door with my younger sister, and my other older brother when my sister revealed that a while ago the girlfriend we've been fighting with, made her nose bleed. Maybe by accident, maybe by purpose, my sister didn't specify. I said it once, she shushed me, and I said it again a bit louder. My other brother, the one who has just been silent and uninvolved reached over grabbing the back of my neck and squeezing it a few times until foam started to rise from the back of my throat. I couldn't breath, and I dropped to the floor motioning to my throat signaling I couldn't breath. The one brother, who was leaving, stared down without emotion as I died right in front of them, my sister however began to shake as she looked down at me. I felt betrayed, upset, I was about to die so young, killed by those I only ever tried to help. Never before had I felt so unloved, and then my vision faded to light, and I woke up gasping for air, and crying.
